After School Program
Helping ALL Students Succeed The Great Lakes Academy tutorial program is
designed to reinforce specific skills based o individual learning needs,
specifically among kindergarten through-6th grade students.
The program stimulates improvement in classroom achievement, self-studies, and
test scores by giving each student a support plan to help close learning gaps.
The Extended Day program is offered Monday-Thursday from 3:30 p.m. until 4:45
p.m., at the end of the school day.
Our program has the capability to extend the education experience to the home
through an online component that encourages students and allows their parents to
become more involved in the learning process. It opens the door to further
academic work in the home, with Internet access, from anywhere – at any time.
